I feel an agent needs to be actively working, helping buyers, and selling in the area to really give you a true evaluation of your property. You don't get that from Zillow or Redfin. Zach met that criteria plus much more. He gave me a realistic estimated sale price, was able to justify it to an appraiser, met with inspectors, and was able to handle issues that come up in almost all escrow quickly, quietly, and efficiently.
